Flood assistance: compassionate grants for eligible residents
Hamilton homeowners and tenants affected by the July 21, July 28, August 2 or August 7, 2026 rainstorms may qualify for a one-time City grant of up to $2,000 toward eligible flood-related costs not covered by insurance.
The grant is subject to eligibility requirements and documented expenses. It is not an automatic $2,000 payment.

August 2, 2026 rainstorm: December 2, 2026
August 7, 2026 rainstorm: December 7, 2026
