“No-Stopping” area extended on Binbrook Rd

In accordance with the authority delegated to the Manager of the Hamilton Municipal Parking System by City Council, please be advised that the following changes to parking regulations in your Ward will be presented to City Council on October 26, 2011 in the form of a by-law. Staff of the Traffic Engineering Section of the Public Works Department have requested that a “No Stopping” extended signal clearance regulation be implemented on both sides of Binbrook Road, east of Regional Road 56. The subject regulation is required to protect the soon-to-be constructed left-turn lane into the new development located at 2660-2668 Binbrook Road, on the north side of the street.
