Important Information about Account Activation
Most active users received an email from communication@xplorrecreation.com with instructions on how to access their account. This email is legitimate and was sent by our new vendor as part of the system activation process.
To access your account:
Click the link in the email: https://cityofhamilton.perfectmind.com
Log in using the temporary password provided.
Change your password, review your contact information, and update your family member details.
