White Church Road Bridge Construction Beginning July 31

Construction of the White Church Road Bridge (east of Miles Road) is scheduled to commence on or about July 31, 2017 and be substantially completed by October 2017, weather permitting.

The work involves removal of the bridge, lowering the elevation of the road and raising the rail trail to create an “at-grade” intersection. Any areas disturbed will be fully restored.

In order to do this construction, White Church Road will be closed between Ferris Road and Tyneside Road. Miles road will be closed between Chippewa Road to Airport Road. local and emergency access will be maintained east and west of the bridge. The Rail-Trail will also be closed between Airport Road and Miles Road connections.
