Update on Skateboard Park in Binbrook

The equipment installation is starting today, Monday June 30th and will take a couple of days.
The Grand Opening for this Skateboard Park is Sat., July 5th, 2014. 10am to 1pm. There will be a short opening ceremony and then we’ll move right into contests for Scooters, BMX and Skateboards. There are a lot of totally amazing (RAD) prizes donated to help with promoting this event.
The Police ACTION team is most likely going to drop by on Saturday. They are highly engaged in running the annual ‘Cop Shop Skate Jam’ at Turner Park.

The rain date is July 12th, same time.
