On Monday December 9th from 7-8:30pm there will be a community meeting at the Mount Hope Community CRC Church (3076 Homestead Drive) regarding development plans for 3200 & 3210 Homestead Drive (current Pigeon & 447 Wing buildings). There is a proposal by the owner to redevelop the subject lands with a two storey commercial building, comprised of offices, retail , and restaurant uses. This will be an open house style meeting with staff on hand to take comments and answer questions regarding the application.
