The Planning Committee public meeting for the proposed Elfrida Secondary Plan will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The application, submitted by Bousfields Inc. on behalf of Elfrida Community Builders Group Inc., proposes an Official Plan Amendment to establish a Secondary Plan for the Elfrida expansion lands in Stoney Creek and Glanbrook.
A Secondary Plan is a long-range blueprint for how a community should develop.

Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Hamilton City Hall, 71 Main Street West
The meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Residents may attend in person or view the meeting online through the City of Hamilton meeting agendas page.
