The City of Hamilton Planning Committee will hold a public meeting to consider a proposed mixed-use development at 2640, 2646, and 2654 Binbrook Road in Glanbrook (Ward 11).

What's Being Proposed?
The application seeks approval for:
Four townhouse buildings containing:
18 block townhouse units
10 back-to-back townhouse units
One mixed-use building containing:
5 stacked townhouse units
5 commercial units at grade level
Total: 33 residential units and 5 commercial units
Parking: 40 vehicle parking spaces
Additional: Extension of existing drive-through facility onto western portion of the property
