The City of Hamilton Planning Committee will hold a public meeting to consider a proposed mixed-use development at 2640, 2646, and 2654 Binbrook Road in Glanbrook (Ward 11).


Meeting Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2025

  • Time: 9:30 a.m.

  • Location: Hamilton City Hall, Council Chambers (2nd Floor), 71 Main Street West

  • Format: Hybrid (in-person and virtual via Webex)

What's Being Proposed?


The application seeks approval for:


  • Four townhouse buildings containing:

    • 18 block townhouse units

    • 10 back-to-back townhouse units

  • One mixed-use building containing:

    • 5 stacked townhouse units

    • 5 commercial units at grade level


  • Total: 33 residential units and 5 commercial units

  • Parking: 40 vehicle parking spaces

  • Additional: Extension of existing drive-through facility onto western portion of the property
