If you need to contact your Hydro Utility because of a power outage the following is the contact details for you.

Horizon Utility:   www.horizonutilities.com – Call Centre at 905-522-9200 or 1-866-458-1236.  Horizon Utility is the service provider for Upper Stoney Creek and Winona areas of Ward 11.

Hydro One:  www.hydroone.com– Call 1-800-434-1235.  Hydro One is the service provider for all of the Glanbrook area both urban and rural.  That includes Hannon address, Mount Hope and Binbrook areas.
