The City of Hamilton has a contract with Cornell Construction Ltd. to perform preventative maintenance on the following roads as called for under contract C15-46-15. The Surface Treatment program contributes to reduced maintenance costs, dust mitigation and extended road lifecycle expectancy. Construction is scheduled to commence on or about July 06, 2015, with a completion date of August 31, 2015 weather permitting.
Woodburn Rd from Hall Rd to 500m south of Hall Rd is a ward 11 rd which is one of a number of roads being resurfaced across the City.
The work involves, minor road repairs followed by Single Surface Treatment application (Tar and Chip). You may experience some inconveniences such as noise, dust, and restricted traffic movement during construction. It is intended to maintain pedestrian access and vehicular access to all properties on these roads at all times through construction; however, there will be certain times that access will be restricted. Every effort will be made to do the work in a timely manner and to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. We ask for your patience during this period.
