The developer for the property at 9451, 9517, 9541, 9569, 9593 & 9867 Dickenson Road and 1199 & 1205 Glancaster Road will be hosting two neighbourhood-community meetings regarding their plans for the land. This area is zoned Airport Prestige Business as part of the Airport Employment Growth District (AEGD).
On Thursday May 12th from 7-7:45pm a VIRTUAL community meeting will be held online. To register for this meeting please send an email to the developer’s planners at mack@korsiak.com and a link will be provided prior to the meeting date.
On Thursday May 19th from 6-8:30pm there will be an IN PERSON open house style community meeting held at the Glanbrook Municipal Centre, 4280 Binbrook Road.
At both these meetings a short presentation will be made, followed by an opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
Both meetings will share the same information. The developer is providing both a virtual and in person option to give those who may not have reliable computer or internet access the opportunity to view the plans, ask questions and provide comments.
Councillor Johnson and city staff will also be in attendance.
