This is notification of work that will begin in your neighborhood, at John Wilson Park; Park is located at 480 Winona Road, Stoney Creek
Work will begin Monday, July 13, 2015 and conclude no later than Monday, July 20, 2015
Work to include the following:
Removal of all play equipment and swings
Removal of pea stone safety material under playequipment – adjustment of sub-grade material and drainage system
Installation of 2 new playstructures and 2 bays of swings – Installation date for this work is Thursday, July 16 2015
Installation of filter cloth layer and 200+ yards of engineered wood fibre (wood chips)
Equipment used for the delivery of this work:
Bobcat, Backhoe, dump trucks, loader, transport truck
Daily hours of operation:
7:00 A.M to Dusk (schedule based on daily conditions – (e.g. weather, production, mechanical failures, etc – we will attempt to keep it reasonable)
It is our desire to have this work done as quickly and as safely as possible. The park will closed for use during construction. The playstructure and swing will be off limits. These areas will be fenced off after the completion of each day for safety reasons.
