Neighbourhood Notice : Upgrades of the Fifty Road (7 Reservoir Park Road) Water Pumping Station and

The City of Hamilton Water Division has identified the Fifty Road Pumping Station as needing upgrades due to the aging condition of the existing equipment/ infrastructure and requirements for backup power. The upgrades will include: new sound attenuated outdoor standby generator, pump station and reservoir equipment replacement and enhancement, and the restoration of the reservoir overflow channel in the ravine. At the completion of the project there will be an increase of water pressure in the district.

Construction is anticipated to commence during Fall 2016 and be completed by Spring 2017.
