Neighbourhood Information Meeting: Proposed Development at 2640–2654 Binbrook Road

Residents are invited to attend an in-person neighbourhood information meeting regarding a proposed development located at 2640–2654 Binbrook Road, Hamilton.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the proposed design concept for the site and provide an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions and share feedback.

The proposed development includes:

• Three blocks of standard two-storey townhouses

• One block of three-storey back-to-back townhouses

• One block of three-storey mixed-use townhouses with commercial units at grade
