Nebo Road Reconstruction Begins September 14

The City of Hamilton will begin a major reconstruction project on Nebo Road between Twenty Road East and Rymal Road East beginning Monday, September 14, 2026.

The work is being completed under City Contract C15-53-26(HSW) by KADA Group Inc. and is expected to be substantially completed in late fall 2027, weather permitting.

The project includes replacement of the existing watermain and water services to the property line, installation of storm sewers, concrete curb and sidewalk work, and reconstruction of the asphalt roadway.

Residents and motorists should expect construction-related noise, dust and restricted traffic movement while the work is underway. The City has advised that efforts will be made to keep disruptions to a minimum.

Residents with mobility or medical conditions that may require special access during construction are encouraged to contact the City's Construction Section as early as possible.
