1. Odour from outdoor sewers is the responsibility of the City of Hamilton, please call the city of Hamilton Spills Line at 905-540-5188
2. Odour coming from outdoor air is the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change, please call the MOECC at 1800-268-6060 and the Airport at 905-679-1999 or odours@flyhamilton.ca
3. Odour from indoors is the responsibility of the building owners, please investigate and have plumbing issues determined & fixed.
