  • Dead Animal (Public Property): 

    • Use the online portal or call 905-546-2489.


  • Dead Animal (Private Property): 

    • Call Animal Services directly at 905-574-3433 (fees may apply).


  • Pothole, Sinkhole, or Road Cut: 

    • Email pothole@hamilton.ca, use the portal, or call 905-546-2489. For provincial highways, call the MTO at 1-866-636-0663.


  • Traffic Sign or Signal Issues: 



  • Illegal Parking: 

    • Call the Parking Office directly at 905-540-6000. Officers can be dispatched after hours for urgent situations.


  • By-law Complaints (Dumped Garbage, Noise, Graffiti): 

    • Contact Municipal Law Enforcement at 905-546-2782 or email mle@hamilton.ca.


  • Tree Blocking Road or Sidewalk: 

    • Call 905-546-2489. Remember, trees on private property are the owner's responsibility.


  • Missed Recycling or Blue Box Issues: 

    • Contact GFL Environmental directly at 1-844-620-4351.


  • Vacant Property, Litter, or Snow Clearing:
