⛽ Gas Station on Regional Road 56: Project Update

Great news for Binbrook and Glanbrook residents - the long-awaited gas station on Regional Road 56 is back on track.

The landowner is actively working with City staff, and planning discussions are underway. If all goes smoothly, we could see meaningful progress by the second quarter of 2026.

🏗️ Why It Matters

Access to fuel and convenience services has been a consistent request from residents across Ward 11. This project directly responds to that need, bringing a much-needed amenity to our growing community.

• Supporting the landowner through the City’s planning and approval process

• Connecting them with potential investors interested in building and operating the site

• Advocating for timely movement to meet community needs
