Finally.. Mount Hope Splash Pad & Park Upgrades Have Begun!

Upgrades to the Mount Hope splash pad & park have finally started! The contractor who is doing the work has put fencing up around the area and significant work will start shortly. The park area is now closed as they start construction. Phase one of the project which includes the splash pad,playground equipment, and sun shelter, is scheduled to be completed at the end of June, weather permitting. Phase Two includes a shade structure, multi-use court, tennis court, exercise stations, asphalt walkway, seating and plantings which are scheduled to be completed by August 17th, weather permitting. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the weather cooperates!
