As autumn approaches, Councillor Mark Tadeson is calling on residents to join the Team Up to Clean Up initiative for this year's Fall cleanup events.

With the pleasant fall weather providing perfect conditions for outdoor community work, volunteers are invited to host and participate in neighborhood cleanups throughout the ward. These grassroots events bring neighbors together while making a tangible difference in keeping our communities clean, green, and beautiful.

"Community cleanups are one of the most direct ways residents can take pride in their neighborhoods while connecting with their neighbors," said Councillor Tadeson. "Whether you're looking to give back to your community or simply enjoy some fresh air while doing meaningful work, these cleanup events offer the perfect opportunity."

Residents interested in hosting a Fall cleanup event can register through the City of Hamilton's Team Up to Clean Up program. The registration process is straightforward and can be found at the bottom of the program's webpage at Team Up to Clean Up.

For those who have already registered to host a cleanup event, Councillor Tadeson's office extends their gratitude for the continued commitment to Hamilton's environmental stewardship.

The Team Up to Clean Up program has been instrumental in mobilizing community volunteers across Hamilton, fostering both environmental responsibility and neighborhood connections throughout the year.

Residents with questions about the Fall cleanup program or how to get involved can contact Councillor Tadeson's office for more information.
