The 2016 City Enrichment Fund online intake period is now open for applications (September 1st) and will close on November 2, 2015. The City of Hamilton’s City Enrichment Fund provides grants to community organizations whose services benefit Hamilton residents.
City of Hamilton staff in the Recreation Division would like to invite you to an information session on the updated 2016 City Enrichment Fund. Last year was the first year of the City Enrichment Program, and as we enter the second year of the revamped program we have more great changes that your organization may benefit.
Click on the two links below to have a look at the eligibility criteria and redefined streams in the Sport and Active Lifestyle Program:
The focus of the information session will be a presentation on the Sport & Active Lifestyles program. We will provide information about the seven streams within our program, how your organization could benefit from this opportunity, and some key pointers when filling out the online application.
Two sessions are being provided, please choose one. If you cannot attend either, please connect with Gordon to meet during your availability.
Session 1: Wednesday, September 30, 2015 Time: 6:30 – 9:00pm Location: Lawfield Arena
Session 2: Monday, October 5, 2015 Time: 7-9pm Location: North Wentworth, Community Room
We hope a representative from your organization is able to come out and find out how City Enrichment Fund can support the growth and/or diversity of your organization. Please RSVP with who will be attending on behalf of your organization by contacting Gordon Young (contact info below) by Friday, September 25th at 4:30pm. The RSVP will help us plan the room layout and notify groups if there any changes to the session delivery.
