Binbrook Hwy #56 – Construction Project

There will be a public Open House on Wednesday, March 25th, 2015 from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Binbrook Memorial Hall, 2600 Hwy #56 in Binbrook.

Both Councillor Johnson and Staff will be on hand to give you all the details on this project which will include the following:

– Urbanizing of Hwy #56 within the urban Boundary of Binbrook (Southbrook to Cemetery Rd’s) – Installation of sidewalks, curbs, gutters and bike lanes. – New traffic lights at Southbrook & Hwy #56 – New upgraded traffic light at Binbrook Rd & Hwy #56 – Balance of sewer & water servicing will be constructed.

If you live on Hwy #56 within the urban boundary and do not have sewer or water and would like to connect, this meeting will have all the details for you.

The construction project will also affect Hwy #56 from Cemetery Rd to Elfrida (Rymal Rd) as a new sewer line is being brought out to the Village of Binbrook. If you live outside the Village of Binbrook in the rural area, you will not be permitted (by Provincial Legislation) to connect to the sewer or water lines.
