#1 The application for a Gas station, Car Wash, Convenience Store and Drive Thru at 2506 – 2520 Regional Road 56, (Southwest Corner of Fall Fairway & Highway 56) was also appealed to LPAT and they were given permission to bypass the current Glanbrook secondary plans and also given permission to make application under the New City of Hamilton Urban Commercial Bylaw 05-200 which may permit such a commercial development in that location. This application is now back with the City and is being reviewed by staff. The previous decisions made by Hamilton Committee of Adjustment no longer applies.
#2 The former Wills Bus Line property north of the Binbrook Village on Highway 56 currently has conditional approval meaning the applicant needs to address certain issues before full approval can be given. They are currently working towards obtaining proper servicing (sewer and water) to the property and hope to receive final approval for the property in November.
