This survey is being sent out to help gather information about tenant experiences with extreme heat and cooling in the city of Hamilton. This work is being done by ACORN Hamilton, a non-profit advocacy organization, in partnership with students at CityLAB Hamilton. Survey participation is completely anonymous. Your email and other identifying information (e.g. name) will not be recorded.
Please only have one individual in your household fill out this survey.
The responses will be summarized and reported in a general sense. No individual responses will be shared. There is the potential for this to be presented to the City of Hamilton’s Public Health Committee in December 2023. By submitting this survey, you consent for your responses to be used for this purpose.
