Hamilton Water will conduct essential summer maintenance work on Stormwater Management Facility #93, located at Bradley Avenue and Magnificent Way in Glanbrook, between August 1st and October 31st, 2025.
What's Happening
This annual summer maintenance involves dredging and restoration activities to maintain the facility's ability to manage rainfall and runoff. These facilities protect neighborhoods from flooding while keeping local waterways clean by filtering stormwater before it reaches our creeks and Lake Ontario.

Summer maintenance period: August 1 - October 31, 2025
Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, weekdays only
Location: Bradley Avenue and Magnificent Way, Glanbrook
What to Expect

Resident Notification
Approximately 125 residents near the facility will receive detailed notification letters around July 14th. These letters include specific scheduling information, expected impacts, and contact details for questions.
Why This Summer Maintenance Matters
Regular seasonal maintenance ensures these facilities continue operating as designed. When stormwater ponds work properly, they prevent flooding in surrounding neighborhoods and protect water quality in our local environment.
