Councillor Johnson is happy to announce that the all-way stop and school zoning flashing lights are approved and will be in place for the opening of the new Winona Public Elementary School. This is great news for the school and community. We will have the all-way stop at Barton/Lewis and the full-time 40 km/h reduced school zone speed limit on Lewis (adjacent to the school) in place for the opening of the school year, if not sooner.
