Digital Circulation:(DA-17-107) The applicant has submitted a revised site plan control application which matches with the approved settlement for the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment.
The proposal is for a mixed use building (with some commercial on the ground floor) and varied building heights up to a maximum of 6 storeys. The proposal includes incorporating the existing heritage house on the proposal. There are 122 parking spaces proposed (both surface parking and underground parking) and some associated bicycle parking spaces.
