Canada’s 44th federal election has been called and preparations for this electoral event, including hiring a number of election workers, are in full swing.
This year’s election will look a little different as we will have measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our workers and electors.
At the polling station, poll workers will be wearing masks. There will also be: -hand sanitizer stations -visible physical distancing markers -only one poll worker per desk behind a transparent physical barrier
If you are interested in working on September 20, please visit elections.ca/jobs to fill out an application form and to obtain official information required to work during a federal election. Paid training is provided for all polling day positions.
