Recreation is planning to have free fitness in the park sessions this summer. These sessions vary in nature, but are led by City of Hamilton Recreation instructors and take place at a specific date and time in a local park.
The fitness in the park sessions are free drop in sessions that will be advertised in each community where they take place and they are one time sessions that give individuals a chance to experience programs such as, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and others depending on the session.
