The City of Hamilton has launched the first two in a series of surveys that will help inform how we plan for the renewal and rehabilitation for key assets in our community. These first surveys are related to roads, bridges and water services, and ask residents to share their feedback to ensure future taxpayer dollars are being spent in alignment with the community’s needs and expectations.
The feedback received will be used to inform the development and execution of the City’s Corporate Asset Management Plan, which is required to meet new provincial legislative requirements.
Residents can complete two brief surveys and drop comments onto a map using the Engage Hamilton platform. Resident feedback is vital to the preparation of the Asset Management Plan, and to ensure the thoughts, opinions and satisfaction levels of the community are thoughtfully considered as the plan, priorities and strategies are developed.
This public engagement opportunity runs until February 18, 2022. Residents can learn more and take the survey in the following ways:
