This month’s speaker is Elena from The Raw Carrot. The Raw Carrot creates employment opportunities for people with disabilities. They make and sell soups and other food products. We will be having a soup sale at Knox in November and Elena will be bringing delicious soups to purchase as well on Coffee Chat Day.
Bring a friend and enjoy a bowl of nice hot soup for lunch at Knox.
